High-intensity interval training - High-intensity interval training (HIIT), sometimes referred to as Guerilla Cardio, is an exercise strategy that is intended to improve performance with short training sessions. HIIT 'sessions' are becoming increasingly popular among today's athletes as more studies are done about the benefits of this exercise method.

High Intensity Training - High Intensity Training (HIT) is a form of strength training popularized in the 1970s (first by Arthur Jones of Nautilus and Medx fame) and presented as the super-efficient antithesis of the current 'volume' approach to bodybuilding. No successful bodybuilder has ever achieved Olympian status using this method, instead the volume approach has been more succesful for adding large amounts of muscle.
